The doctors of ETGA and their staff of nurses operate as a team. Our nurses are highly proficient in taking the medical history, outlining physician prescribed therapy and explaining medical disorders, diseases, diets and drugs. The nurses are often the first line of contact for patients and family. Whenever possible, a nurse interviews the patient first, then the physician evaluates the patient and, finally, there is a group meeting with nurse, patient, family and physician when needed. Each day, the nurses and physician have meetings to discuss medical problems, telephone calls and patient inquiries.
Our office staff (receptionists, insurance clerks and secretaries) are employed to assist us in the delivery of the highest quality care in the field of gastroenterology. We are proud of them and the work they do. Our facilities and state-of-the-art equipment are designed to help us provide our patients with comfort, safety, and the best possible care available. Should you have comments at any time on the care given by the physicians or staff or about our facilities, please let us hear from you. To email your comments, please click here.
